For consumers, a right of cancellation pertains in accordance with the following, whereby the consumer is any natural person who completes a transaction for purposes that predominantly can be assigned neither to their commercial nor to their independently professional activities:

You have the right to cancel this
contract within fourteen days without indicating reasons.
The
cancellation period amounts to fourteen days after the day on which
you or a third person named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken
possession of the wares.
In order
to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. by letter sent via post, or E-Mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. For this, you may use the attached cancellation template, but this however is not mandatory.
Consequences of
Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we
must refund to you all payments that we have received from you,
including the shipping costs (with the exception of any additional
costs that might have arisen if you chose another method of shipping
other than the most economical standard delivery provided by us),
promptly and at the latest within fourteen days after the day on
which we received the notification of your cancellation of this
contract. For this refund, we use the same method of payment that you
applied at the original transaction, unless something else has been
expressly agreed upon with you; in no case will any charges accrue to
you due to this refund of payment.
We can withhold the refund of payment until we have received the wares again or until you have provided verification that you have returned the wares, whichever of these occurs earliest.
You must send back or deliver the wares promptly, and in any event at the latest within fourteen days after the day on which you informed us about the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is protected, when you dispatch the wares before the deadline of fourteen days.
You cover the immediate costs for the return of the wares.
